Most items are in-stock but are selling constantly. In case an item is out of stock reorder is 6 weeks. These are made to order clothing. If you don't want to wait we can switch to another color.

DAIRI MOROCCAN COLLECTION
I have lots of Moroccan in stock, but it's impossible to have all items in every color. (200+ styles x 50 colors each is over 10,000 items) So if its not in stock, estimated waiting time could be as soon as one week or as long as 10 weeks. Each Moroccan Cotton Susti piece is hand-woven and dyed and has over 50 colors - solids, crystal dye and prints - so the dye lots are staggered over approx. 10 weeks.
Anything not in stock at the time of purchase is considered to be "special order".

No one offers hand-woven garments dyed to your specifications, this is couture service, and is well worth the wait.

I HAVE GALS WHO ORDER ALL THE TIME & (FOR INSTANCE) SOMETIMES THEIR 3RD ORDER MAY COME IN BEFORE THE 1ST ORDER - IT DEPENDS ON WHICH COLOR LOT IS DYING FIRST. JUST A LITTLE PATIENCE AND ALL WILL BE WELL.

(Normal shipping is within 5-10 business days Mon-Fri after date of purchase). Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail US destinations and USPS Global Priority Internationally. You will receive an email confirmation when your package is shipped. We are not responsible for postal shipping delays or acts of random chaos. If a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable, you will be responsible for the charges incurred to re-ship the package.

DOMESTIC:
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, arriving within 2-3 days anywhere in the US. If you need your order FAST, please email KRISTENA at time of purchase. Extra charges for expedited shipping will be billed via PayPal and must be paid before the order ships. (for in-stock colors only... please email for availability before placing your order.) ALL ITEMS ARE INSURED INCLUDED IN SHIPPING FEE.

                                            INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
SunHeart ships all over the world. We have satisfied customers from Australia to Iceland! It's simple & easy to purchase & pay securely online.

International shipping via USPS Global Priority, usually takes 6-10 days depending on location
( if there is a delay at customs - this is BEYOND our Control). Please use standard checkout and note that shipping fees are now calculated at domestic & international US rates; any extra charges will be billed via PayPal and must be paid before order ships. An estimate for shipping fees may be obtained before purchase via email. ALL custom forms will be filled out to full value.

** Buyer is responsible to pay any International customs duties (if any) of their prospective countries. There are NO RETURNS because of duty fees. If buyer refuses to pay duties, and returns items purchased, buyer will incur a 60% charge as a return fee. Please do NOT shop with SunHeart if you are unwilling to pay your countries duties.

RETURNS-EXCHANGES 1-2-3 steps JUST GOT EASIER!

All returns/exchanges are handled via email returns-exchanges@sunheartclothing.com. Please do NOT call the Order Desk for return issues- no messages will be taken. It is an Order Desk Only.

No returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind or discounted or sale items, or color or SIZE issues. If you are purchasing clothing online- you MUST know your measurements and check against listing. There is a link for sizing on every page- View How to Measure for Perfect fit link on every page. No returns on scarves, belts or jewelry products. No returns on exchanged item.

What can be returned for store credit: If the measurements on the garment received are significantly different from item listed, it can be returned for store credit. If item has a flaw, it can be returned for store credit.

Email returns-exchanges@sunheartclothing.com on receipt of merchandise for RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)

1. Receive RA# and Merchandise Credit Amount.

2. Purchase online www.sunheartclothing.com in-stock Sales & Sets Pages to full amount (or more) of Merchandise Credit.

3. When return items are received & processed you will receive a refund on return item/s .

All Returns may be used for exchange on in-stock items only. Buyer Pays for return shipping & insurance. All exchanges are FINAL. Items must be returned within 7 business days from date of sale,  or 3 days from receipt of goods, or return is considered null & void.

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your return and issue a refund. We cannot refund shipping & handling charges or return postage.

All returns/exchanges must have an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER issued. All RA#'s are given from SunHeart via email;
returns-exchanges@sunheartclothing.com. Any returns without an RA# will be refused and returned.

EXCHANGES
1. Contact us via email; returns-exchanges@sunheartclothing.com to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and to select the item(s) you would like in exchange online.

Be sure to include the following with your email
• Your full name
• The Date of purchase & PayPal Transaction ID order number
• The item description(s) and reasons why you wish to return for exchange
• The item number(s) and description(s) of what you would like in exchange.


2.   When issued a RA# - please buy items you want for exchange off www.sunheartclothing.com site for the full amount of merchandise credit- or above. Select from in-stock items- Sales & Sets pages 1-7 ONLY. Purchase the items you want for exchange and they will be shipped within 5-10 business days. ( DAIRI Moroccan site is special order only and does Not qualify for exchanges)

3. When we receive the returned item(s), we'll issue you a refund for original item/purchase price less ship/insurance.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
• All Discounted & Clearance items purchased on SunHeartClothing.com are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
• Merchandise may not be returned if worn or washed, smells of smoke-perfume, animal hair.
• Returns/exchanges must be initiated via email within 3 days receipt of goods.
• Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.
• SunHeart Clothing is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
• All returns/exchanges must have an RA# issued. Any returns without an RA# will be refused and returned.

All returned items must be in their original condition, folded neatly with all hang tags, ribbon and labels attached. You may be charged a pressing fee if the item returned is wrinkled beyond normal packing and shipping standards in addition to the restocking fee. The returned garment(s) must be unworn - free of perfume, pet hair, smoke, make-up, etc. You may be charged a $25-$40 dry-cleaning fee and 25% restock fee which will be subtracted from your credit. Any items returned in any condition other than their original sent condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange.
