Most items are IN STOCK, but there is the RARE exception, so if you NEED IT & GOTTA HAVE IT NOW! - please email KRISTENA for item & color availability BEFORE PURCHASING and we will get back to you usually the same day. (I sometimes take a week-end off gals so emails may be answered next business day Monday 10am-5pm) Delivery for out-of-stock items is 6-8 weeks from Bali.

I have lots of Dairi Moroccan in stock, but I am selling all the time, so other than owning a warehouse (and that is around the corner) it's impossible to have all items in every color. (150+ styles x 50 colors each is over 7,500 items) So if its not in stock, estimated waiting time for DAIRI could be as soon as one week or as long as 8 weeks. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING RIGHT AWAY & YOU JUST GOTTA HAVE IT NOW!- PLEASE EMAIL KRISTENA FOR ITEM & COLOR AVAILABILITY BEFORE PURCHASING. Each DAIRI Moroccan Cotton Susti piece is hand-woven and dyed. DAIRI has over 50 colors - solids, crystal dye and prints - so the dye lots are staggered over 8 weeks. Anything not in stock at the time of purchase is considered to be "special order".

Once your order is received, we will email you about current availability and estimated waiting time. If there is a wait for your garment, you have these options:

• choose from colors that are in-stock in same style
• wait until item is available cuz it's so Beautiful its worth it!
• choose another style currently available in-stock in your color choice - Quicker Ship!
• choose something else you love
• request a store credit until you make up your mind

I HAVE GALS WHO ORDER ALL THE TIME & (FOR INSTANCE) SOMETIMES THEIR 3RD ORDER MAY COME IN BEFORE THE 1ST ORDER - IT DEPENDS ON WHICH COLOR LOT IS DYING FIRST. JUST A LITTLE PATIENCE AND ALL WILL BE WELL.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment Types Accepted: Secure Shopping with Visa, Mastercard or your PayPal account. I use Paypal which offers the use of your personal Visa and Mastercard or if you have a PayPal account you can use that too! PayPal is a SECURE site - feel comfortable about shopping with SUNHEART CLOTHING Gals!

PLEASE EMAIL KRISTENA if you wish to use; Money Order, Cashier's Check. You may also pay from your Personal Checking account electronically through PayPal, called an"e-check," but be aware that e-checks take approx. four business days to clear and we ship after the funds have cleared. Payment is required within one week when mailing a money order or cashier's check.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Sun Heart Clothing ships twice a week via USPS Priority Mail US destinations and USPS Global Priority Internationally. You will receive an email confirmation when your package is shipped. We are not responsible for postal shipping delays or acts of random chaos. If a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable, you will be responsible for the charges incurred to re-ship the package.

DOMESTIC:
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, arriving within 2-3 days anywhere in the US. If you need your order FAST, please email KRISTENA at time of purchase. Extra charges for expedited shipping will be billed via PayPal and must be paid before the order ships. (for in-stock colors only... please email for availability before placing your order.) ALL ITEMS ARE INSURED INCLUDED IN SHIPPING FEE.

GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: $39 FLAT RATE BOX!
International shipping via USPS Global Priority, usually takes 6-10 days depending on location
( if there is a delay at customs - this is BEYOND our Control). Please use standard checkout and note that shipping fees are calculated at domestic US rates; extra charges will be billed via PayPal and must be paid before order ships. An estimate for shipping fees may be obtained before purchase via email. ALL custom forms will be filled out to full value.

RETURN/STORE CREDIT/ EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an item, please email KRISTENA before shipping the item back, this avoids unnecessary fees and postage. In-stock purchases may be returned under most circumstances at our discretion (Buyer Pays for return shipping & insurance) for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 5 business days from date of sale. We take extra care describing our items and giving measurements- PLease goddess Gals, Know your measurements before ordering! If a return is refunded for cash-back (on an in-stock item) may be subject to a 5-10% restocking fee based at our discretion. Special orders may be returned for store credit but no cash refunds.

We will not credit your card for the initial shipping charges. If your order is returned due to an invalid shipping address or because it goes unclaimed, we will credit your account for the cost of the items only - not for the shipping charges. If your item is defective, we will credit your account for the cost of the item and the shipping charges.

No returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind or discounted items. No returns on scarves, leather or jewelry products..

Items Returned: MUST be returned 5 business days from date of sale, in perfect condition with tags on, NOT smelling of perfume, cats etc. Items that have had their tags removed, have been worn, damaged, and/or laundered are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit and will not be accepted. The item must be in the condition you received it and must have all tags attached.
