Because hand-woven Moroccan Cotton sousdie is like jersey knit (remember those fabulous 1940's dresses?) it drapes like a dream. So wear it loose like the model or belted for a more ethnic look. Soft, luxurious and a goodly weight- that's why we call it the Cashmere of cotton!

Design details: constructed like traditional ponchos - the hem and sleeves are double folded fabric with our traditional trapunto top stitching to add weight for hemline and texture.

And- need I talk about how soothing and comfortable this is? I have gals all over the world that are coping w/various disabilities and they love these easy to move non-constricting garments. We are all sisters in all shapes and sizes. We all need a few pieces of clothing that we feel and look good in that we can just let it all hang out.

Palazzo Pants Every gal loves a pair of wide-leg pants - cuz it's for the time you want ease and nothing too tight. If you carry some tummy or hips a wide-cut leg drapes over hips and thigh pones (pones are those fleshy roundels on outside of thigh under hip). Because of the slightly gathered waistband the fold is simple and not bulky as it drops to your toes. And take a gander at the couture detail of frog closure button hem at the side of pants. That detailing is authentic Moroccan- your not going to find a pant like this at the Gap.

These pants have some weight to them- as it's a double weave- the pants weighs 1.6lb's -perfect for winter weather. Remember, we have goddess gal friends that have Moroccan cotton pieces from 25 years ago, and they are in great shape.
