The front drape open neck can be worn open & sexy, or a tee underneath, or it can be closed & pinned with an antique broach or goddess piece of jewelry.
Design Details: Sweeping v-neck created by two cascade draped folds in front, 3/4 length sleeves, and bi-sected in a Princess cut waist into long napkin pointed hems-called "monsoon hem". The empire cut is one of the most feminine drapes for the female body, it enhances the bust and elongates the waist slimming the hip-line. One of the reasons you see this under-the-bust line style in so many tops now.
